When the temperatures drop and the days get shorter, nothing hits the spot like a bowl of warm soup. You can prepare one of these canned soups but they aren’t always healthy with conservatives and other products. It’s better for you to prepare your own soup, it’s much healthier.
Here are some healthy soups recipes with amazing tastes.
The first healthy soup recipe you can try on is the avocado buttermilk soup with crab salad:  place buttermilk, chopped fresh tomatillos, chicken broth, salt, ripe pilled avocados, serrano pepper, garlic clove, minced red bell peppers, in and blender then process until smooth; combine bell pepper and chopped fresh chives, lemon juice and crabmeat; toss gently to combine; spoon about 3/4 cup soup into each of 4 bowls; top each serving with about 1/3 cup crabmeat mixture. Isn’t that amazing?!
The second healthy soup recipe you can try is the chili-spiced chicken soup recipe: put canola oil, chicken breast, sweet onion, red, green and yellow bell peppers in a bowl to prepare the spice blend; then to prepare the soup heat oil in a saucepan with medium heat; add chicken and one and half tablespoon of spice blend; sautee for 8 minutes; then heat oil with onion, bell peppers, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon salt; sprinkle vegetable mixture with remaining spice blend; sauté until vegetables are tender; stir in chicken, corn, broth, and tomatoes; bring to a boil; then reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes; and add lime juice.
You can serve with cilantro sprigs if you want.
